As Operations Manager, Shawn oversees all aspects of the project management team, assists in the development and monitoring of company procedures and works closely with clients for current projects.
Shawn has 25 years of construction experience in Florida. After graduating from high school in 1992, Shawn began working in the field as a concrete labor and finisher while at the same time taking full time college courses. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management Shawn continued his progression within the construction industry in Florida and he joined Envirostruct in 2016 quickly working his way up to Operations Manager of Central Florida.
Shawn grew up in Western NY moving to Florida 28 years ago. Shawn enjoys deep sea fishing, spending time with his grandson, and is an avid collector of sports memorabilia. Married for 24 years, Shawn and his wife Jodi have two adult sons and one grandson.
As Vice President of Operations, Frank oversees all aspects of the project management team, assists in the development and monitoring of company procedures and works closely with clients for current projects.
Frank has 27 years of construction experience in Southwest Florida. After graduating from high school in 1994, Frank began working in the field as a concrete carpenter’s apprentice while at the same time taking full time college courses. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management Frank went on to complete his state certification for his General Contractor’s License. Frank continued to work in the construction industry in Southwest Florida and he joined Envirostruct in 2013 quickly working his way up to Vice President of Operations.
Frank grew up in Southwest Florida enjoying the sunshine while playing golf and fishing as his most favorite hobbies. Married for 18 years, Frank and his wife Lisa have two teenage children.
Jeff has been Chief Financial Officer for EnviroStruct since 2014. In his position, Jeff oversees the accounting, asset management, finance, and human resource activities for EnviroStruct and its related companies.
Jeff brings over 35 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and operations management to his current position. He is also knowledgeable in company merger and integration as well as strategic goal management. Jeff has worked in public accounting and the following industries – Transportation/Logistics, Manufacturing and Construction.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff gained experience in public accounting and private industry in his home state of Wisconsin before moving to Florida in 1994.
Jeff resides in Estero, FL with his wife Bonnie and they have two adult children. He is actively involved in his local church and other Estero community organizations.

Stephen was born, raised and began his career in the construction Industry in Philadelphia, Pa. Starting out as a Carpenter Apprentice, Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator before co-founding EnviroStruct. Stephen has 30 years’ experience in Commercial Construction. He relocated to Southwest Florida in 2002 with his wife and continues his journey in the construction industry while raising his family.
As Vice President and Co-Founder of EnviroStruct, LLC. Stephen is known as an empowering leader, outside the box thinker and true professional in the Florida Construction Market. With excellent leadership skills, proven track record in spearheading high-caliber teams of professionals, the ability to lead the team and gain respect from clients, co‐workers, Architects, Engineer’s subcontractors, and suppliers.
Stephen is an expert at providing methodologies, systems, procedures, and he integrates innovative ideas to optimize business operations as well as creating and maintaining an environment to ensure project success and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
President and Principal In Charge of EnviroStruct LLC. He is responsible for providing the vision and strategic direction of the company, maintaining and reinforcing the corporate culture, overseeing management of projects and client relationships and aligning business, financial, service and operations initiatives with company goals. Since co‐founding EnviroStruct in 2009, Neil has led the company in ensuring‐on ‐time delivery of high profile construction projects. He has done so while working collaboratively to build lasting relationships with clients, team members, and the community. His hands‐on approach has been highly regarded by clients and employees.
Prior to his role as President and Principal in charge, Neil served as a superintendent, project manager, & estimator on jobs ranging from high‐end custom homes to 60 story skyscrapers that make up the Chicago skyline today. Beginning his construction career as a concrete laborer more than 20 years ago poured the foundation for his hands on team approach as he has held nearly every position within a construction management firm.
